Restaurants love to make you think you’re eating something “healthy,” only to load it with fat/sugar/salt to make you keep coming back. And you’ll believe you’re eating healthy food. Sad.
It’s VERY hard to eat out and get healthy food. I request my foods steamed, without added salt/oil/butter/sauces… then add a little hot sauce or pepper.
