Cranberries

Cranberries may have a number of health benefits.
However, they are almost always sweetened with sugar (cranberry “juice,” dried cranberries, etc.) because they’re so tart.
The added sugar is a problem!
I cook with the raw cranberries, which softens them up. I especially do this with my sweet potatoes. I don’t eat cranberries with sugar!
