Cooking with steam!


Steaming veggies, fish, and meat keeps them moist without adding fat!

Many folks object to the use of a microwave.  I often microwave food (veggies; meats; fish) in a covered bowl with water inside – “nuke/steam.” But recently, I’ve gone back to steaming on the stovetop, and bought a steamer for rice, veggies, and seafood.
