How are your preparing to remain active in fall and winter?
- Gardening and raking leaves make great exercise
- Do you have warm weather clothes that are comfortable for outdoor walks?
- Have you identified a gym or mall for indoor activities?
- Are you prepared to cook fall vegetables?
- If you feel sluggish or depressed in winter, consider getting bright indoor lights; I’ve found them helpful!
