Change of seasons

Up North, at least, the days are shorter, the air crisper.  
How are your preparing to remain active in fall and winter?

  • Gardening and raking leaves make great exercise
  • Do you have warm weather clothes that are comfortable for outdoor walks?
  • Have you identified a gym or mall for indoor activities?
  • Are you prepared to cook fall vegetables?
  • If you feel sluggish or depressed in winter, consider getting bright indoor lights; I’ve found them helpful!
