Be a loser! New habits for 2012

I don’t particularly believe in New Year’s resolutions.  But many people do.  Over the next month, we will offer 20 suggestions for new habits… if incorporated into your life… will make sustainable weight loss a reality.

No gimmicks.  No 20 lbs in 20 days.  I lost 125 lbs in 20 months and have kept them off for > 2 years now.
