I’ll be giving 5 lectures in 2 days in 2 cities in Taiwan. At Taiwan National University Hospital this morning. Travel can be hell on healthy eating and exercise.
But I got up at 6a and ate my same breakfast that I eat every day (oatmeal; dried skim milk; dried cherries; protein powder; cinnamon; cocoa powder; hot water added). Fruit for a snack. Quick 30 min in the gym (15min on treadmill getting pulse up to 150 intermittently) and 15 min weights. Eat at hotel where I can control my food before my lunch lecture (rather than eat the food provided at lunch). BTW, folks in Taiwan are not as thin (to my eye) as in mainland China or even Hong Kong (I hope I haven’t offended anyone).
