A good protein source, in a pinch

When traveling the other day, my luggage was lost, and I didn’t have my usual oatmeal with protein powder.

I ordered some plain hot oatmeal.  Separately, I ate 3 egg whites and drank 8 oz skim milk to get some protein.

For me, protein is a key ingredient to keep my satisfied.
