6 reasons why you may be having trouble loosing weight

Unfortunately, it takes changing lifestyle to lose weight.  Willpower alone will not get it.

  1. You drink soda and/or juice every day; diet soda no exception.
  2. You eat prepared foods, loaded with sugar / fat / salt.
  3. You don’t get enough sleep (> 7 hrs for most adults)
  4. You don’t get enough ROUTINE physical activity (walking to the grocery store, taking the stairs at work, etc).
  5. You don’t eat breakfast.
  6. You watch hours upon hours of TV.

Try not watching TV for a week.  Use that time to go for a walk with a friend of family member.
