Unfortunately, it takes changing lifestyle to lose weight. Willpower alone will not get it.
- You drink soda and/or juice every day; diet soda no exception.
- You eat prepared foods, loaded with sugar / fat / salt.
- You don’t get enough sleep (> 7 hrs for most adults)
- You don’t get enough ROUTINE physical activity (walking to the grocery store, taking the stairs at work, etc).
- You don’t eat breakfast.
- You watch hours upon hours of TV.
Try not watching TV for a week. Use that time to go for a walk with a friend of family member.
