10,000 STEPS A DAY?

I’ve not used a pedometer, but many people do to make sure they get adequate walking exercise –  10k steps (or more) a day are ideal to promote weight loss.

So, in the airport, that means walking rather than getting on the people mover (except when late for a flight!)
